I chose this quote because when the children come to us, they are made up of so many different characteristics, different background and different cultures. Just like children there are so many different flowers to a beautiful garden, it's hard to pick which flower is the prettiest.

I can also appreciate the times where he added another point of view that some could say may have been argumentative. However, he never backed down from his point and always made sure to give his professional opinion. He
